Save My N8N Workflow is a Chrome extension developed to automatically save workflows in the n8n.io editor at a user-defined interval.

We take your privacy seriously. This extension does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII), sensitive data, or user activity outside the scope of its single purpose.

What we collect

This extension only uses Chrome’s local storage to remember:

• The autosave interval you select
• The domain/server you define for your n8n instance
• Whether autosave is enabled

This data is stored locally in your browser only and is never transmitted to any server.

What we do not collect

• We do not collect or store your name, email, IP address, or any personal data
• We do not track your browsing history or interactions
• We do not communicate with any external servers
• We do not use cookies

Data sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share any data with third parties.

Permissions

The permissions requested by this extension are strictly necessary for its core functionality and include:

• activeTab – to detect the active workflow page
• scripting – to inject the autosave script into the page
• storage – to save your settings locally
• notifications – to display status updates
